Privacy Policy
What data Aura collects, why we need it and what you can do with it. Effective October 14, 2026.
What data we collect
- Registration data: name, email address, phone number, role (client or master).
- Content you create yourself: bookings with masters, chat messages, reviews, comments, profile and portfolio photos, "Looking for a model" listings.
- Your chosen city — to show masters near you. We do not collect or store the precise location of your device.
- A technical token for notifications, if you allowed them.
Why we need it
- To create your account and show your bookings.
- So you can chat with a master and receive booking confirmations.
- To show reviews and ratings to other users.
- To act on reports and block violators.
Where everything is stored
Data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union (Ireland region). Access is restricted by rules at the database level: you can only see your own bookings, your own conversations and your own profile. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
What others can see
Your name, profile photo, your reviews and their ratings are public. A review can be left anonymously — then "Anonymous" is shown instead of your name. Your email, phone number and conversations stay private.
Your rights
- Change your name, photo and contacts — in the "Profile" section.
- Delete your account together with all your data — "Profile" → "Delete account". Deletion is final and irreversible.
- Get a copy of your data or ask a question — write to us.
Children
The app is intended for people aged 16 and over. We knowingly do not collect data from younger children.
